UK orders over £30: Free shipping
UK orders below £30: £3.95
International: £4.95 – £12.50 flat rate depending on country
UK Express / Next Day: £7.95 (please email us if you require this service)

If you require an urgent delivery, please email us at info@hoxtonminipress.com and we will try our very best to accommodate your request. This may be subject to an extra shipping cost which will be agreed with you before sending.

SHIPPING

We aim to ship orders within 2–3 days, but we cannot be held responsible for delays at customs. Many thanks for your understanding and a BIG thank you for your support. It means a great deal to us. 

We post UK parcels via a First Class Royal Mail service or by a courier depending on the weight and size of the item(s). Overseas parcels are sent via (mostly untracked) courier.

Once your order has been dispatched from us, you will receive a shipping notification. From this point, delivery times are generally as follows:

For UK: 2-3 working days

For Europe: 5-10 working days

For Rest of World: 15-20 working days

 RETURNS

If you change your mind, you can return your order to us in exchange for a full refund (excluding shipping cost). To arrange a return, please email us at info@hoxtonminipress.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is arranged at your own cost and risk, and the order must be returned in its original condition to qualify for a refund. 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@hoxtonminipress.com with as much detail as possible, and we will resolve this for you. 

 EU CUSTOMERS

There is no longer a threshold under which parcels are duty- and VAT-exempt, so parcels of any value will now incur the import VAT and duty fees of their destination country.

As far as we are aware, books are still duty-free within the EU, so EU customers should only expect to pay VAT when their parcel arrives. Import VAT rates are subject to change, so please check the current rate in your country before ordering.
